Beyond the Database

Recently, hundreds of organizations have begun accumulating giant databases of public and private information to be used as data-sources for screening prospective employees.  This data is being sold to customers in various ways -- but most will leave the analysis, if any, to the customer.  Although, efforts are made to maintain accuracy and currency of these large databases, questions of data integrity have been raised.

When safety and security are at risk, doing it right is a small price to pay. Baker-Eubanks encourages its new clients -- when preparing to begin a quality background investigation program -- to carefully identify risks to which you are most vulnerable. We then use this information to customize a package of searches that fits your specific needs.  Our staff is prepared to assist clients all the way through this important process.

That's it for you! The rest of the work is in our hands. Information is gathered from sources that we know well, and that have proven reliability. The data is organized, studied and analyzed before being summarized into a Report that is sent to the client -- usually within two to four days of the request. The Report is organized to expedite decision-making and accommodate the client's future need for a quality record should questions arise.
