For 15 years, Baker-Eubanks has partnered with the nation’s largest Superintendent search firm as well as search firms primarily serving municipal governments. Through our service to these firms, and our direct partnerships with local organizations, we have assisted in the placement of over 500 school and municipal administrators.

With a former School Board President and Mayor as our CEO, Baker-Eubanks understands the special needs of local public service administrators. As many of these positions are held for a tenure of a decade or more, care must be exercised in selecting an administrator who will serve, and likely live, in the community long-term.
