The Baker Eubanks Difference
Reearch, Analyze, Discuss, and Report...
All within two to four business-days
Research
A background investigation is only as reliable as the accuracy and completeness of the data sources used. Baker Eubanks starts by using the right ingredients: reliable sources. We do not rely on second-hand databases of information when we can go to the primary source, where records originate and are stored. All County Criminal Searches are conducted by professional record retrievers at actual county courthouses to obtain accurate, complete, real-time information. We have the ability to access courthouses in all counties in the nation so that any relevant jurisdiction can be searched.
Analyze
We don't stop at gathering data. Our analysis truly sets us apart in the industry. Experienced professionals continually study, cross-check and compare information that is collected or supplied by the applicant. The significance of data analysis is evident as we often discover subtleties or inconsistencies calling for further investigation, which is immediately conducted and integrated into our analytical process.
Discuss
We maintain consistent personal contact. If necessary, collaborations are held within Baker-Eubanks to improve the depth of the analysis, and, if warranted, the client will be engaged with a clear statement of any problems or optional decision points. Every client also has an individual on the Baker-Eubanks team that they can contact to discuss the status of their applications.
Report
A Report is drafted summarizing all findings and conclusions. Supporting detail can be attached to the report. A final review is given before being forwarded to the client with comments. Our Reports are professional documents that may be filed for future reference. Electronic and hard copy records of Reports and documents are archived by Baker-Eubanks.
