Founded in Chicago, Illinois in 1997 as a full service corporate security training and consulting firm, Baker-Eubanks quickly became recognized as a leader in its field in the Midwest. The firm provided a broad range of security services to domestic and international companies, government agencies and other organizations that wished to protect their assets against threats involving people, property, profits and image.

Eventually, in response to client demand, the firm began focusing development resources on its most rapidly expanding boutique product: executive due diligence. Thus began, not only a major expansion of an "internal-support" operation, but also the design of a different approach to due diligence.

Now, for over a decade, Baker-Eubanks has provided customized executive screening services to public and private organizations, assisting in the selection of over 1500 senior level candidates.
